Booze In Bloom Floral Cocktail Recipe Illustration
The Brief: To create an illustration incorporating edible flowers in the size and format for the They Draw & Cook website for their Handpicked Challenge March 2020.
Role: Graphic designer and illustrator responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration.
Tools Used: Procreate app, iPad Pro, Apple pencil.
The They Draw & Cook website created a hand-picked challenge in March 2020 to create imagery incorporating some edible flowers. I immediately thought of cocktails, so the resulting image is Booze in Bloom featuring some tasty cocktail drink recipes that have a floral twist. The illustrated recipe combines hand-drawn lettering and food illustration. The final illustration can be found on the They Draw & Cook website (link below).
