Featured Foods Illustration Series, Chicago Foods
I started this series while I was on vacation and enjoying some of my favorite food items, so I decided as a personal project to feature them in bold, graphic illustration infographics that featured the food item, called out all the ingredients, and had hand-drawn lettering featuring the food name prominently displayed. After the initial four images I created, I continued to create more of my favorite foods, comfort foods, or foods I was enjoying during quarantine. This set of 4 highlights the Chicago foods I miss now that my trip to visit got cancelled due to Covid-19. Food illustration and lettering were hand-drawn in Procreate on an iPad with an Apple pencil.
