The Brief: To create a Valentine's Day "love" themed illustration series with food puns
Role: Graphic designer and illustrator responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration.
Tools Used: Procreate app, iPad Pro, Apple pencil.
After doing a successful and fun holiday-themed illustration series on holiday food puns, I wanted to repeat the fun for a Valentine's Day love themed food pun illustration series. From February 1 through 14, I posted one of these cute love food puns each day, animated as a gif. I actually was inspired enough to make a few more, so there are 18 in the series. This personal project flexed my illustration and animation skills, and allowed me to create a series of brand new greeting cards.
