We're Rooting For You Food Pun Illustration and Lettering Artwork
The Brief: To create an artwork about root vegetables in the size and format for the They Draw & Cook website for their fall 2020 Play Along challenge.
Role: Graphic designer and illustrator responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration.
Tools Used: Procreate app, iPad Pro, Apple pencil.
The They Draw & Cook website had a call for root vegetable food illustrations and artwork, so I created a cute punny illustration with some adorable root vegetable characters that are happy to root you on and encourage all. I created separate illustrations with each of the root vegetables standing alone for greeting cards and encouragement. The final full illustration can be found on the They Draw & Cook website (link below). Images for the greeting cards available for licensing to sell in your outlet.
